Common questions
Is there a commission on bookings?
No. You pay a flat monthly fee. Payment fees go to your own payment provider, not to us.
How long does setup take?
About a week. We load your activities, prices, rooms and texts with you, then you run a test Saturday.
Which invoicing and payment systems do you work with?
Yours. Bugpi connects to certified invoicing software and payment providers rather than replacing them: Vendus, Moloni, Stripe, MB WAY, PayPal and the rest of the list on the home page, and we build the connection to the ones you use, in Portugal, in Europe or anywhere else. Bookings and check-in work without any of them.
Can I leave?
Yes, monthly. You keep an export of all bookings, customers and vouchers.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, from one month to the next. Nothing is lost when you move.
Do you build my account for me?
On Park and Group, yes: we load your activities, prices, rooms and texts with you. On Desk you get a step-by-step guide and email support.
Can you build something just for our park?
Yes. Every feature in Bugpi started as one park's request. Small adjustments are part of setup; bigger pieces are scoped and quoted before we start, and stay yours to use.
Can my own site keep its design?
Yes. The booking pages carry your logo, colours and texts, and sit on your domain. Parents never see Bugpi.
